| 3 | Finish painting, electrics and other messy trades |
| 4 | Choose the floor with samples |
| 5 | Install floor and stairs |
| 6 | Built-ins: wardrobes, media wall |
| 7 | Clean, protect, move in |

Snag before you cover
Once SPC goes over the tiles, defects underneath are harder to see and to prove. Check hollow or cracked tiles, loose skirting, signs of water near bathrooms and AC units, and levels at thresholds and stairs. BestFloor's guide explains developer defect liability periods under Dubai law.
Approvals
Wasl, for example, lists floor tile fixing as needing an NOC with up to 5 working days for residential requests. BestFloor helps with the NOC.
One team for floors and built-ins
BestFloor handles floors, stairs, wardrobes, TV walls and joinery, so colours and details are coordinated.
