Why Dubai villa roofs leak at the details
According to Sorento, most leaks on Dubai villas don't start on the open roof. Liquid PU: why seamless matters when there are many details
A liquid membrane is applied, not laid. It runs without seams around AC stands, pipes and drains, exactly where villa roofs fail first. Always ask who gives the warranty and what it covers.
