Why SPC over tiles
SPC is a waterproof, rigid click floor. On sound, level and dry tiles it goes straight on top, raising the floor by about the plank thickness (5 or 6.5 mm). BestFloor checks flatness (2 to 3 mm over 2 m, the tolerance it quotes) at the free site visit. More: flooring over tiles.
